Vocational Case ManagementVocational Rehabilitation/Return-to-WorkNovare's exceptional rehabilitation counselors provide services with expertise in vocational rehabilitation. The Novare professional coordinates and/or provides activities such as vocational evaluations, job-seeking skills training, placement, and retraining.Novare will implement and coordinate modification duty identification and return to work initiatives with your local Occupational Healthcare Department and/or Workers, Compensation Coordinator. A directory of modified/transitional duty job descriptions (if available) will be maintained by Novare and communicated with the attending physician and designated adjuster to ensure that employees who capable of a medically-appropriate return to work are informed of available positions.
Job Description & Ergonomic EvaluationsJob Descriptions analyze the specific job performed by the employee at the time of injury or illness to accurately determine both the essential and non-essential functional requirements of the job. This analysis is typically shared with healthcare providers to assist in determining an appropriate job goal.Ergonomic Evaluations assist employers and employees to better understand the physical demands of specific jobs, given individual worker dynamics.
